The Sigma Chi Fraternity, Theta Beta chapter at USF has been the premier leadership organization on campus for over 30 years. We create leaders through value based leadership training programs such as Horizons and the Balfour Leadership Training Workshop.

At Sigma Chi, undergraduate males are able to find something they cannot find anywhere else on campus, a value based organization to make them a better man.
